Boulder Area Coalition for Energy Sovereignty

Boulder Area Coalition for Energy Sovereignty (BACES) is an informal community advocacy group that seeks to turn into reality the dream of having not-for-profit public utilities in the Boulder area, starting with electricity. 

BACES's volunteer members or supporters (whether individuals or already formed groups or organizations) have already pursued, or intend to pursue this mission through active collaboration, so that we add to one another's public interest strengths, especially systemically and geographically, learning (in co-empowerment) from the municipalization experiences of other communities.
